Add some chicken or some tomato, throw in a dash of basil or a spritz of lemon, and you can make something unique and cheap. Many instant meals offer up add-in ideas on the back of the box, and these cheap recipes make for tasty and easy meals. When you are trying to eat as cheaply as possible, one of the most important tips out there is to use food staples like flour, rice, beans, and potatoes. All these staples fill you up and are cheap to buy and easy to store. You can easily add other foods to any staple to make a complete and cheap meal.
